Instructions to Inquire about Certified Nurses
- Identify the person with the certification, their legal name and the location of practice.
- If there are inconsistencies, the certification may have another legal name. Ask the person for the name on their certification.
- Often people mix up certification organizations. Make sure you know that the certification of the person is an FNCB Certification – GFN-C(R), AFN-C(R), or IVSE-C(TM)
- Expect a reply in 10 working days
Click here to find GFN/AFN examinations.
Read carefully to determine the type of purchase for you! Choose either GFN or AFN. Are you an AFN Member? Are you taking the certification examination as your first attempt? If you are re-certifying, choose the re-certification purchase. If you did not pass on your first attempt, choose 2nd attempt.
